Corporate Philosophy and Contribution to Society
|
At Nittobo, as we conduct our business activities with
a high regard for obtaining the social trust of our stakeholders,
we are aiming at building a very fair and clear management organization.
With regard to corporate governance, we have an auditing system with four
auditors (two inside and two outside the company) introduced in June 2003, and
we use
an executive officer system, the board of directors meetings are usually kept
to management decision making and business operations, and with the auditing
performance of the auditors, we are aiming at a well-developed and strong governance
system. |
| As a good corporate citizen, one of the basic postures
of Nittobo is for open communication with communities, and to implement
a system to enable the company to contribute to society on a global
scale. |
| Volunteer activities include cleaning up in the areas
around the plants, which is also
